On 18 October 2026, a team of enthusiastic people will run either the full or half marathon in Amsterdam to raise sponsorship money for Boat Refugee Foundation.

For 10 years now, Boat Refugee Foundation has been providing essential healthcare and psychological support to the thousands of people in the Mavrovouni refugee camp on Lesbos. Our team of doctors, nurses, psychologists and translators is there for them 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering care, attention and compassion in the midst of an unsafe and inhumane situation. Join us in taking action during the Amsterdam Marathon. Together, we’ll continue to stand by people fleeing their homes.
